Neonode’s AirBar has already been available for Windows laptops for quite some time, and I’ve been testing the MacBook Air version for several weeks now. You can scroll, tap, swipe, and even draw or paint, and the AirBar will translate those touches with minimal lag as they occur. At this point, it seems like Apple might never release a laptop with a touchscreen.
